The Renthal RC High 7/8" Handlebar is crafted from aerospace-grade 7010 T6 aluminum, designed for optimal strength and fatigue resistance. It undergoes a 15-step manufacturing process to enhance durability while minimizing vibration for improved rider comfort. The handlebar features an oversized tube that is machined down to 7/8" to ensure a precise fit and prevent slippage in the clamps. A shot-peened surface finish helps reduce fatigue failure, and a cross-brace improves stiffness for better control. The patented single-bolt clamping system secures the brace while allowing controlled flex. Additional features include a laser-etched positioning grid and an included bar pad.
