The Renthal® Twinwall® handlebar is designed for superior strength and resilience, featuring a patented "tube within a tube" construction inspired by aircraft engineering principles. This robust design ensures exceptional durability, making it ideal for motocross riders who demand performance under the toughest conditions. Trusted by championship contenders worldwide, the Twinwall® handlebar has been a staple in motocross since its introduction in 1998. The handlebar is crafted from two aluminum alloy tubes for optimal performance. The outer tube is made of 7010-T73 aluminum, known for its resistance to mechanical damage, and is anodized to prevent corrosion. The inner tube is constructed from ultra-high strength 7010-T6 aluminum, hard anodized to resist wear caused by twist grips and controls. Rubber seals at the joints prevent water and cleaning fluids from entering, enhancing longevity. Key features include a laser-etched positioning grid for precise handlebar setup, a large 1-1/8" (28.6mm) diameter, and a durable bar pad for added protection. The dimensions are carefully engineered for optimal ergonomics: width 813mm, height 79mm, rise 42mm, clamp area width 125mm, sweep 54mm, and control length 200mm. This handlebar requires 1-1/8" bar mounts and comes equipped with a bar pad.
