The outer tube is made of 7010-T73 aluminum, known for its resistance to mechanical damage, and is anodized to prevent corrosion. The inner tube is constructed from ultra-high strength 7010-T6 aluminum, hard anodized to resist wear caused by twist grips and controls. Rubber seals at the joints prevent water and cleaning fluids from entering, enhancing longevity. Key features include a laser-etched positioning grid for precise handlebar setup, a large 1-1/8" (28.6mm) diameter, and a durable bar pad for added protection. The dimensions are carefully engineered for optimal ergonomics: width 813mm, height 79mm, rise 42mm, clamp area width 125mm, sweep 54mm, and control length 200mm.
