Finished in black, they offer a 4-1/2" rise and 1" pullback, ideal for comfortable handlebar positioning. Designed for 3-1/2" on-center mounts, they accommodate most OEM-style top clamps with offset mount holes. Drilled and tapped for 1/2"-13 riser bolts (sold separately). Sold as a pair.
