The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Exhaust Valves for Twin Cam engines are precision CNC-machined from one-piece EV8 stainless steel forgings. These valves undergo a proprietary multi-stage Black Diamond™ process, which impregnates the surface to enhance wear resistance, reduce friction, and improve corrosion protection beyond that of chrome or nickel electrolysis plating. Designed using Finite Element Analysis and tested on a computerized flow bench, these lightweight yet strong valves offer excellent flow characteristics. For optimal performance, they must be used with Kibblewhite® Lightweight Valve Spring Kits.
