The 2-stroke version replaces the stock plastic cage, while the 4-stroke version incorporates a special backfire-resistant foam layer for added protection. The filter is slightly smaller than stock for increased air circulation and features a thick, flat foam sealing ring for optimal contact without requiring grease.
