The UltraCool RF-2G Front Mount Oil Cooler Kit in black is designed for Harley-Davidson Touring models to help keep your engine’s oil at optimal temperatures. Featuring a specially designed dual-pass aluminum heat exchanger with turbulators for maximum heat dissipation, this kit includes sealed waterproof IP68 dual fans producing 220 CFM of airflow. The integrated oil adapter and thermal switch automatically activate the fans when oil reaches 210°F, keeping the oil between 200°F and 230°F. The plug-and-play wiring harness with relay and waterproof connectors connects directly to the battery for simple installation. Black nylon-coated stainless steel braided oil lines with AN6 fittings provide durability, while the included LED indicator shows fan operation status. The complete kit also comes with a special oil line fitting wrench and detailed instructions. May drop oil temperature by up to 50°F.
Note: Will not fit with water-cooled heads or S&S T-Series engines. Not compatible with ’14-16 Twin Cooled motors. Installation on lowered, large front fender or tire, or non-maintained/modified suspensions may cause damage.
