The Rekluse RadiusCX 4.0 is the premier auto clutch system, combining Rekluse’s latest technology into a single high-performance package for select Beta off-road motorcycles. Featuring the updated EXP 4.0 assembly, the base material has been enhanced for greater strength in high temperature environments, critical to the demands of clutch systems. The redesigned internal wall bases improve rigidity, delivering a more connected lever feel to the rider.
On the exterior of the EXP disk, proprietary TorqDrive™ friction pad design matches oil flow characteristics within the clutch pack to promote improved cooling and consistent performance. The EXP 4.0 wedge mechanism now uses rolling contact with built-in pins instead of sliding, minimizing friction and resistance for smoother engagement, a more responsive feel, and stronger overall power delivery. Engagement curve designs have also been updated to better suit modern motorcycle engine performance.
Auto clutch benefits include eliminating stalling, starting and stopping without engaging the clutch lever, increased power transfer, the ability to run taller gears for improved suspension action and reduced rider fatigue. Riders retain full manual clutch control when desired.
