Description

The Renthal RC 7/8″ Handlebar in Green is crafted from high-quality 7010 T6 aerospace aluminum, the same material used in Renthal’s Twinwall® and Fatbar® models, to minimize vibration and enhance durability. Designed for motocross and off-road riding, this handlebar features an oversize tube that is machined down to 7/8″ (22.2mm) for a precise fit and to prevent slipping in the clamps. A cross-brace is incorporated to improve stiffness and rider control, while Renthal’s patented bonded single-bolt clamping system ensures secure attachment. The handlebar undergoes a 15-step advanced manufacturing process, including a shot-peened surface finish to reduce fatigue failure. A laser-etched positioning grid allows for precise setup adjustments, and a bar pad is included for added protection.
