The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Stainless Steel Intake Valve features a 1.980" head diameter and is designed for high-performance Harley-Davidson® engines. Manufactured from one-piece stainless-steel forgings, these valves are stellite-tipped and undergo a special nitriding process to a depth of .002" with a .0002" surface buildup. This treatment provides superior wear resistance, reduced friction, and improved corrosion protection compared to traditional chrome or nickel plating. Engineered using Finite Element Analysis and tested on flow benches, these lightweight valves deliver enhanced flow characteristics. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, and suitable for use in cast iron and bronze guides. Made in the USA.
